You get a medal if you beat all the computer opponents in "Hard" mode on
all the skirmish maps. I regard this as impossible beyond the 3-player
maps.

Is their anyone here who has tried to do it? How far did you get?

Havn't tried ZH, but in Generals you could ally with some of the computer
players and still get the medal. Three on five is easier than 1 on 7. Anyone
know if ZH is the same?

Yeah of course you can make teams in ZH, and if you do that completing all
maps is a piece of cake - and you'll get a medal for it. But if you want the
highest medal I think you have to play without teams, I'm not sure though...
But it seems unlikely that you have to play alone vs 7 hard opponents on the
8-players maps, because that must be impossible.

I agree. It maybe as well that you can play the 8 player map but only play
against a few of the opponents, closing the extra spots. As I said, I
haven't tried yet, working on the challenges for now.

The secret is: the AIs don't have to be allied against you to get the "Ultimate"
Honour (beaten all skirmish maps against the maximum number of AI foes).

In Generals (not ZH) I could win with all of the opponents Hard and Brutal
(mixed) but the secret was to arrange the opponents in teams.
If you have , say 7 opponents and you are player 1, arrange them for example
as:
player 1: none
player 2&3 :team 1
player 4&5:team 2
player 6: team 3
player 7 :team 4

Then pick the starting positions so that you are as far as possible from
team 1 and team 2.
This will keep the stronger teams busy with taking out the weaker ones (team
3 & 4)

nope, it is not impossible. Just extremely difficult. I have a friend who
plays and wins against 7 BRUTAL enemies!!!!!! I haven't tried anything that
extreme yet, but I have beat 5 hard by myself ;o)
