C & C games question (versions)
#26715

I purchased the C & C Renegade game, and think it is awesome. So, I then
purchased the C & C Red Alert 2, thinking it was more of the same.

BIG MISTAKE! (for me, anyway).

I loved the Renegade "first person shooter" setup, but the Red Alert 2 is
more like a board game. I don't like board games, especially this one (no
fun to play!).

Can anyone advise if any of the other C & C titles are like Renegade, or are
they all like Red Alert 2?

Thanks!!

Assuming you aren't just trolling (as it seems unbelieveable that you
won't have quickly discovered that C&C is a RTS) then you will be
disappointed to learn that 'Renegades' was a one off - and most C&C fans
would like to keep it that way!

You would be right to say "some" of the C&C fans, but to say "most" is a bit
overdone, renegade is a decent fps game. I would love to see another and if
you go to www.cncden.com you will see plenty of praise and constantly
updated support for this game.

sorry u were disappointed
that was the only first person
kinda goes along the lines of whatever u see first, you compare all others
against it, even if chronologically they came first.
sounds like u like first person games
