I assume we're talking about C&C:Generals, here? In that case, go to your My
Documents folder and look for a folder called "Command & Conquer Generals
Data". Open up Options.ini in a text editor (like notepad). You'll see a
pair of line like so:

Resolution = 1600 960

Simply change that line to whatever you want the resolution to actually be,
e.g. 1024x768 would be:

Resolution = 1024 768

Thanks m8. Shortly after posted I found that file, edited it and
finished GLA7 which was my last disc based mission.

Now it's time for less alcohol and more online games

the original C&C and the RA both had setup choices on the start program WW

but it seems that didn't carry over to RA2, Yuri's revenge, TS.

i dont have Generals to see.
