are you installing on win xp? and if so are you an administrator because you can't install it as a user. Hi, I am trying to locate C:\Windows\Installer for Full Control in XP. When I have have found it, choose Properties. Select the Security tab.There is no Security tab, what am I doing wrong. I have Shown hidden files and folder. In Windows Explorer, goto tools/options, then go to the very bottom of the list and uncheck 'Use simple file sharing' (or similar), then click ok, should work.
