Hi!
Just wondering if the Carpet Bomber Airplane used in a China mission (don't
remember which) is accessible from a skirmish game?

No, "carpet bombing" is a special superweapon available only for that
mission. You can, however, build your own multiplayer/skirmish or
single-player or mods where that weapon is available.

They are two different weapons, though quite similar. The FAB is available
to the US, with General's points in skirmish and campaigns. The carpet
bomber is only available during a single mission (with the Chinese?).
