Where are you that NO local store sells it?  they all do.  If in

British computer magazines & I'm sure you will find a place that you
can buy it from. Failing that, try logging on to websites like
Gamespot.

You don't need a 1 GHz processor. I played in on an Athlon 700 + GeForce 256
for months until I got my new rig.

Hmmm,I do not have a videocard in my computer that would handle it,I install
the game and it freezes when start screen comes on.I have tried 4
times.Better for me to just sell it till I get a better system,then go to EB
and pick up Generals for $7 in used bin.:)
