Hi All:
I have destroyed all of the GLA, I think, and cannot find Jarrell to
complete the mission.  Can you help.

I just played this Mission on hard a few days ago. It was the second time. 
Both times I didn't kill Jarmen. Do you really have to kill him? (Perhaps I 
killed him coincidentally with migs or nuclear weapons?)

Try having Black Lotus run around the map she uncovers stealth units.

He always hide in a tower near the center of the map..

(it's a hard mission..)

There is only one way to win this level as far as I know.
Try to capture, not destroy the initial enemy base. You may sell this base 
at any time.You can use the cheap workers to repair your base, or to 
collect supplies.
Deploy your Chinese base as quick as possible and hold the line at the 
entrance with at least 3 overlord tanks.
Build an airfield and with one or two planes try to figure out where the 
Scud Storm is located. Destroy it with Artillery Barrage once you have 
sufficient general stars. It will not be rebuild.
Now build 5 to 6 overlord tanks with speaker towers. With these tanks you 
destroy all of the enemy if you move carefully.
Once you have control over the first part over the city, you might think 
about capturing the Oil well at the entrance, but not sooner. The enemy is 
too stron, and you won't hold it for long.

Just to add one thing, don't let your cash reach 5000 and they won't hit you
with the scud storm.

Tip: Build ALOT of hackers to get a huge cash flow and stay under 5000$,
then it's a piece of cake.
