   Anyone know if and where an updated cheat is that can change armor and 
weapons on the units?  If so PLEASE post it!  I'd LOVE to have a steathed 
comando with a LASER runing around!!!!

Use FTP at wuarchive.wustl.edu and you caan find one somewhere in a subdirectory of the 
\pub\ directory. I don't know where exactly but it's in a directory full of cheats for 
other games to.

P.S. The cheat allows you to change armour on vehicles, the costs of units and 
structures, weapons carried by structures and units, and stealth abilities.

You can find lots of editors and other stuff there. I think the one you're 
looking for is ccedit, but I'm not sure so look around read some stuff and 
you'll find what you're looking for
