Can someone help me?

While I've been away from the Internet I was forced to reformat my PC. I
thought I'd be really clever and save all my ICQ settings and contact list
etc. so that I didn't have to ask everyone to send me a message again...
which I achieved (it's really easy to do, I don't know why ICQ doesn't have
a backup option; all you do is go into your ICQ/db folder and copy all the
files onto a backup medium... when you restore, set up ICQ the normal way
then copy all the files back into the new ICQ/db directory...)

BUT

In the process I lost my copy of the 'Cheats note, FAQ location' post.

PLEASE can someone find it in their cache or something and send the
transcript to me so that I can continue this 'service' ;-)
