It just goes into your save games and changes 3 lines (don't remember which) from what they were to 999,999,999. Then that is how much money you have when you load up the game agian. Only prob is that in the next level (atleast for me) the amount of money you have continually drops from 999,999,999 every second. So you have to build as much as you an as fast as you can.
