Hi there

At the start of mission 9 some troops should arrive south of the
river.  These troops are used to take out the two turrets.

Maybe  they arrived and were killed without your knowledge.

If you re-start the mission you will see them arrive.

ps.  when you do find them dont attack the turrets for a while,
because as soon as you attack the turrets your boat convoy will sail
down the river and will be destroyed by the oblisks.  To disenable the
oblisks destroy their power stations.
