5. INCLUDES THE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS DOCUMENT
6. FIXES MONEY REFUND PROBLEM WHEN SELLING SILOS
7. COST OF NOD TURRETS CHANGED TO 600 CREDITS
8. NUCLEAR WEAPON STUFF   (Ed: Easier to get now.)
9. CHEATING IN VERSIONS 1.07 & 1.18P  (Ed: Nonadjacent building.
   If person cheats in old version if playing vs. new version,
   game will terminate with "out of sync" message.)
