I thought that one was one of the toughest ones; I did a whole bunch of
running around, and you can lure some of them out of the base.  There is
a ledge near the middle entrance to their base where you can put some
guys up and take out a lot of their units that come running out.  There
is also a wall where you can just walk right up and lob grenades over...

What I ended up doing in the end after a lot of futzing around was luring
their men towards the bottom half of the base, then I sent in a APC of
engineers up towards the top and they ran in unscathed and took over a bunch
of buildings.  The buildings up by their air strip are really easy to take
over, I think there was just a single tank guarding them .. and once you have
their airstrip you can order a bunch of units, or build some guard towers
there in his base as well, and then it's just a matter of time until
you win.
