Hi everybody-
About a week or so ago I posted to several groups announcing our new
message board at cerebrumsoftware.com for game players and developers to
voice their opinions of what features should be programmed into
next-generation RPGs. We got a great response, and our board is really
starting to generate some amazing questions and answers from people who
obviously love to play games.

Some of the current hot topics include:

Infinite object interaction (IOI) and the ability to use any and every
object that you see on the screen

Weather, dynamics, and how it should affect gameplay

Economics, via monetary and barter-driven systems

Reality simulation, and the level of depth necessary for a
next-generation game

New advanced character AI

Advanced multiplayer techniques

and a whole lot more!

We want to hear what the gaming world and the game development world is
interested, and why. Drop by and read some posts... reply if you have
something to say (and I'm sure you do :)

Thanks, and we look forward to seeing your posts!
