There seems to be a lot of interest in this game, even though nobody seems
to have a clue about it. So I delved into alta vista to find the original
post. Here it is. Note the last line.

Hi,
I'm writing a cool game with a couple of friends. It's a
Civilisation-like game. We're about halfways done now and have done most of
the designing and now I'd like your opinion about the game. It it good, what
has to change. So far we've taken lots of pictures and used them for the
game, really looks cool. We program in PB 3.00c and TP 7.0. Right now we're
at the designing-part. If you send me and E-Mail I'll give you a full
discription of the game and can even give you a test-version. Don't get
deterred because others might do this as well, we want YOU for this. Normal
Internet users, normal persons who play games and/or make them.
