Hi,

After many months playing Generals Zero Hour online and building up my
stats I've encountered a really annoying problem which I'm hoping someone
can help me with.

Played a game which ended when the game mismatched. Previous stats were 573
wins / 102 losses / 48 disconnects. After this game the stats moved to 544
wins / 102 losses / 45 disconnects. No problem I thought, I'll exit online
game and return. Stats stayed the same. Ok, uninstall the game, reinstall
and re-enter login details (done this before with no problems after a system
reinstall).

 When I log in now I get a new player profile 0 wins / 0 losses / 0
disconnects. I have a copy of the Generals Online folder saved on drive
with the configuration settings for my account which shows the 544 wins in
the file text. Anyone have any ideas on how I can retrieve this account as I
would like to get to Commander In Chief after so long playing this.

 Help appreciated, thanks.
