I don't know about peer to peer, but my son has frequently played ZH across
a WLAN link to my web server for hours without great problem. Note that he
found that once he got into a game, the network could withstand outages of a
second or two and ZH would pick it up, but if he sits waiting for others to
join the game, the smallest outage crashes him out completely.

The web server provides a hardware firewall (no software firewall
installed). All machines on the LAN / WLAN have hardcoded internal TCP/IP
addresses (in particular the print server so that wireless machines can see
it).

Hope this helps.
