We were on a Cable connection with 384kbps upstream. It may be that your upstream doesn't have the bandwidth for more than one player. As far as I know, they guy who set up the network didn't do anything special with the router to get it to work. As far as I know, Generals uses a peer-to-peer connection, not a client-server one, so there is no such thing as a dedicated server. - Booch
