sorry...away from pc for a while. Anyways, I have the following: Abit KD7A motherboard with built in Nic: VIA Rhine II Fast Ethernet Adapter ASRock Motherboard with built in Nic: I believe a Realtek card Linksys BEFSR41 4-port router. I dont have any other sort of network problems. Just my favorite game :( I have since rebuilt the suspect pc with fresh XP pro rebuild and it also got a new nvidia fx 5200 video card. I know its no powerhouse, but better than the gx440 card it had. I have yet to try a game out, but I will soon and repost. Any other ideas though for me to consider? thanks, SL "Margolis" <someone@somewhere.net> wrote in message news:h3usb.25425$9M3.4621@newsread2.news.atl.earthlink.net... > "SL" <pillott@yahoo.com> wrote in message > news:kftsb.181$m84.138128@news1.news.adelphia.net... > > Hello all, > > > > I continually have a lockup on a 2 pc home network.
