It depends which game you're talking about.

C&C:Tiberian Dawn, C&C:Red Alert, C&C:Tiberian Sun, C&C:Red Alert 2 all come
with 2 game CDs for sharing between players.

C&C:Counterstrike, C&C:Aftermath, C&C:Firestorm, C&C:Yuri's Revenge,
C&C:Renegade, and C&C:Generals all only come with one gameplay CD. Players
must each purchase their own copy of the game.
