There was also an Easter egg either on the original C&C for DOS (I assume
it's also present in C*C Gold) or the Covert Ops.

IIRC: Hack the command line you use to start C&C and add "funpark" (no
quotes) to the end. Select New Campaign or whatever the option is. Instead
of starting off as a GDI or NOD noob, you'll find yourself in chat with
Kane, directing you off on an altogether unusual campaign. I'll not spoil
the surprise. It's only a handful of games, but hey, there they are ...
