The Chronosphere, when built and fully powered, gradually charges up. When
it is ready you will be notified. Switch the sidebar to the defensive
structures tab and you will see a button for every superweapon you have. To
teleport vehicles (infantry will be simply killed), first you'll want to
group them close together (you can chronoshift 9 at a time if they're all in
a small square) then click on the chronoshift button in the sidebar. You
should hear the words "select target". Click in the middle of the group of
tanks you want to teleport. You should see a white curtain go over them. Now
scroll to the destination and left-click. A second later, they'll be there.
