below are sites that support C&C Gold (C&C original in Win 95, not DOS). I
verified these on 5/98.
========================================
http://www.cnctechcenter.com
"The Command and Conquer Gold Tech Center" (has a DOS section too)

has downloads in Win95 formatt for C&C Gold, including a "trainer" that may
be a money trainer. no gold patch.
also has a mission section with some Gold compatable missions to play after
you finish your C&C regular games (but be careful, using mission software
may overwrite your C&C software, and make it difficult to play the regular
games.)..also has under "Files - Mission Builders" information regarding
CCmap
==================================================
if you want to visit a great general site with some of my tips, visit:
=====================================
http://www.home.gil.com.au/~mtmollen/index.html
it also has links to C&C Gold sites, but no patches
==================================
here is another great site (good for all editions of C&C):

http://web.ukonline.co.uk/Members/roger.wong/cnc/index.html
this site is from ROGER WONG
it has "Sun Tzu's art of War", "Murphy's Law of Combat", and his FAQ file
in different formatts
Its a great site, and the FAQ is my bible. 135 pages of data, tips and
suggested strategies for C&C, Covert Ops, and Multiplay.
=======================
i do not own a Mac, so i cannot say i tested any of these.

contains MAC C&C edit

From: Jason <jcr...@willowtree.com>

The Mac C+C Nuc Fallout has been updated and I have added a petition
section for Mac C+C Red Alert. Please sign the petition if you want Mac
Red Alert.

Go to Mac Nuc Fallout:

http://www.geocities.com/TimesSquare/Fortress/7487/index.html

Nuc Fallout has info on Dino Missions, some saved games, and other
utilities for Mac C+C
===================================
Another resource is the website
http:\\www.fys.ruu.nl\~fdijkstr\cheats\home.html , which is some guy's
homepage in the Netherlands. Sometimes this website is down, but when it
is up, it includes links for hundreds of Mac games, including Quake, Dark
Castle, Hexen, etc. There are links for the C&C money cheat and info on
how to unlike the Dino missions here, as well as a walkthrough. Hope it
helps.

Subject: New Mac C&C Site!

Check out the Macintosh Command & Conqer Research Center at:

Macintosh Command & Conquer mission makers and potential mission makers
rejoice! I've completed development of a new program that creates a brand
new (blank) .BIN file which you can use as-is or edit in YACACE. I wrote
this since the programmer of YACACE has abandoned his program and didn't
even bother putting in a simple "New" command.

You can download it at the Macintosh Command & Conquer Research Center in
the Files:Editors section.

Be sure to check out the readme file that comes with it.

Jonathan Merriman's web site is an excellent source of material for the
Mac version of C&C, and I found out how to access the Dino missions from
there.  The URL is
