Just beat this mission last night:

1) build base, w/ sandbag barrier
2) clear out all enemies within barrier
3) build 7-8 Orcas & take out construction yard in NE corner of base
4) use Orcas to take out SAM sites
5) use Orcas to take out Obliesk
6) use Orcas to take out turrents
7) attack w/ ground forces using Air Strike & Orca support
