First, stop typing in caps, and second, yes, airstrikes are the key- eventually they will run out of money- just turn gamespeed up to fastest, then keep bombing them- after a while they will run out of money. They get the money from all the cash they had (not tiberium in storage tanks- if you sell something, you get cash out of it, and that cash always stays in your account).
