Its a great site, and the FAQ is my bible.  135 pages of data, tips and
suggested strategies for C&C, Covert Ops, and Multiplay.

RedAlert 2.4.1. FAQs
Roger Wong's FAQ/Strategy guide can be obtained from 
http://21net.com/redalert it includes a lot of graphics and is currently 
about 4MB. At the moment it costs $5.95, but an extra 10MB are going to 
be added, bringing the cost up to $9.95.
However the free version (1.04) is still available in html/text/zip at;
