Hi,
I am wondering how I can play c&c over the internet/multiplayer.

1.If I have a friends phone number and wish to play c&c with him, what
is the procedure?

2.How can I register with Planet Westwood because apparently I need it
to play over the internet?

3.What's the deal with IPX?

TIA
