i assume you are talking about Westwood Chat?
if so read the below, if not, ignore the below:

i think i am having the same problem as you are..do you finish a game but
don;t find it in the ranking site at westwood? (or maybe not since you
asked later about experience levels)

second, the yellow highlighted games are tournaments being hosted by others
and count towards your ranking...the clear are non tournment...when you
host a game, be sure to look for the box to un-check if you don;t want
tournament games

experience levels (at westwood chat) can be found at:

http://www.westwood.com/westwoodonline/index.html
then goto "tournaments"
drop the box and pick C&C GOLD and hit "go"
then pick "rankings/scores"
(i gave you the long way so you can see the other stuff WW Chat has here)
there is a white box to enter the name of the person you wish to find (for
the current month)
and it will bring up some people just before and after that person's
listing for the current month.

be careful, levels are not cummulative but one month only..so ranks at the
beginning of a month are possible a poor reflection of the person...

feel free to post any other questions as i recall being very lost in
westwood for a while
