As a newbie at Internet play, I'm trying to find my way around and need
some advice on Internet C&C gaming.  

First of all, my connection to the server isn't making a solid connection
as I can't relay the game results.  Suggestions?

Second, why are some players highlighted (yellow) and others not?  Is it
experience level?

Third, how do you determine experience level on Internet players?
