Gosh guys, it really depend on the guy's own thoughts. If he is a low tech or speedy and who don't like to use a magnifying glass to see the units even on a 19'' monitor, go with the dos version, since you can cheat often with all the bugs and since it's so cheap ($12 last time checked in Phily Norristwon), But if you're looking for C&C for a fast machine with a huge monitor and free multi-player option on Westwood chat, you can go down to the store and get C&C95 WITH Covert Ops. for around $20. Then again, why get it at all since RA seems to be better by containing both dos version and Win95 version on the same CD?
