If I'm not mistaken, you use the bazooka guys to blow up the guard 
tower, from just outside the gt's reach.  Make sure you take the 
vehicles on 1 at a time.  Surround and destroy.  Take the base over with 
the engineers.  You can use the commando to take out a building or gt as 
well.  I think this is that mission.
