Yeah, I know, ANOTHER sandbagging poll.  

Rather than sandbag to the enemies camp and blast'm there I find my
self building a sandbag perimeter around my base or blocking off a
natural enterance to keep the emeny off my back until I've built a
formidable force.  Far enough from my buildings and other stuff so
that nothing can reach them.  And also enclosing as much Tiberium as I
can.

As you know sandbags are regarded as neutral stuff by either side and
won't be attacked unless you got some equipment or buildings within
range of their troops.  Then I build and build while their troops just
stop at the wall and watch.  After I feel I've enough man power to get
the job done I open a whole in the wall and let'm have it.

I have two questions.

1) Is this considered cheating?

2) Should Westwood make sandbags targetable by the computer?
