Hi can anyone please tell me where I can find a copy of the original 
rules.ini for the original c&c game?  I am running windows xp

Rules.ini was only created with Red Alert.  If you want to mod TD,
you'll need to use a hexeditor on the game binary itself - there are
some editors that can do this for you.

Thanks for the reply.  Any idea of the file's name that I can edit?  I 
would like to change the price of things, How much tiberian a harvester 
can haul, unit strength, and fire power.  Is there a place that can tell 
me how to do these things?

I am running the original C&C 1995 version. Not the Gold.  On a Windows 
XP.
