I just got it working, you have to go to start, programs, accessories,
command prompt.

At the command prompt, type
D:

then type

setup

it will ask for the dos path, it is incorrect what is assumes, mine was:

WESTWOOD/C&C95

it installed fine from there, and the new missions show when you play C&C95

  Hope this helps someone else!

the Easter egg dino missions

The Dino missions require you to have Covert Ops, but then prompts for
different discs when you start up.

to access:
if GOLD, goto your "Start" then "Run" and put in the following:

c:\westwood\c&c95\c&c95 funpark

(be sure to space between C&C95 and funpark. Also, be sure your path is
c:westwood\c&c95)then hit OK.

if this is saved here you can re-launch it again at a later date

and you will need redo this too if you want to go back to a saved level of
DINO since just opening a saved dino level does not work (well, you can
finish that level, but you will not go to the next Dino level)...one odd
thing in the redo: you need to start level one, then pause it ,and then open
your saved game...

and if u need help with the missions, covert ops or dino, post and we are
happy to help

Thanks for the tip, I'll create a link now for that, I forgot about
them.... It's on my things to do to replay the classics of Red Alert and
Command and Conquer, I'm playing Tiberian Sun: Firestorm right now, just
finished the mission for GDI when Cabal betrays GDI, Haven't played the nod
missions yet.... It really bugged me that I couldn't figure out how to
install covert ops for months....

Oh, and I just bought the new collection with Renegade and Red Alert 2, so I
have that to play also...

I also forgot to mention, do you have the mission level structure for C&C so
u can play all the missions? On certain single player levels with multiple
arrows, there maybe a different mission for each arrow...I can email you the
list of all playable arrows so you can go back a pick the arrow you
missed...WOW, MORE C&C!!!!

I also have fun with another item i found years ago:

Tip of the Week - December 1, 1997

I need more money!

Well, you may be able to get it!
there are certain levels (listed below) where, when assets are sold for
dollars,
some of that money carries forward to the NEXT level:

GDI - Levels 2,7,8,9,10,
NOD - Levels 2,8,11,12

How:
Just before you finish the last of the enemy off,
1)keep your refineries busy, build lots of silos, and fill the up to the
brim
2)build and cancel one building over and over again until the silo's are
empty.
3)sell all your remaining buildings (you get 50 cents on the dollar
(don't start selling until the last building is built, also, be sure to have
the proper trooper(s) or vehicle(s) necessary to finish the game)

you can also sell vehicles by placing them on a repair bay
the yellow dollar sign will shrink to a green one
(the harvester will get money for the tiberium in its tank) you get 50 cents
on the dollar

you can also sell troops by placing them next to a sandbag
but this is allot of trouble for few dollars

try to get $40,000 in the silo's (and refineries)
the $40,000 may carry forward up to eighteen thousand dollars
(some times less)

Thanks to Olaf van der Spek for his improvements. This can be of great help.
and it is not a cheat, but a little know strategic tactic built into C&C..

Do you have Roger Wong's FAQ for RA and C&C?
hundreds of pages of info, tactics and great stuff (well when the two are
