I have made a new mod called GDI_UP_GRADE it includes

You are able to enable or disable this mod with two helpful batch(.bat)
files and an installer so you just have to install it to your tibsun
directory.

2 new infantry for GDI
1 for NOD

4 new vehicles for GDI
0 for NOD

1 new aircraft for GDI
0 for NOD

5 new or modified structures for GDI
1 for NOD

3 new weapons for the 3 new infantry

If you are interested in trying out my mod or my other ones email me at
fire...@iprimus.com.au try this then try out my favourite mod I made
firerydeath2!

PS. I do mods for Tiberian Sun,Firestorm,Redalert,and The Aftermath with
Counterstrike.

what is up with that? it sounds like you  get the shit beat out of you by
the nod.
and yes i have to assume this on the stats for what you have added
