If I remember correctly the mission is to destroy the temple and all
remaining NOD buildings. Are you sure you have destroyed all their
buildings? There's a Cons Yard and Power in the bottom left corner when I
played it (but it depends which arrow you choose on the map).

You must kill *all* nod units and destroy or capture *all* nod buildings.
Perhaps there's still a gun-turret left somewhere, possibly hidden behind
some trees. Look on your radar screen for red dots.
