Nod last level, 1.19 patch, nukes, ccedit, et.al.

Hey, I've got a couple of questions...

I'm on the last NOD mission, and have installed the v. 1.19 patch- and
I've already fired off a single nuke. All of the documentation I've
seen on the net seems to indicate that the reload times for the nuke
is around 20 minutes or so. I've been playing for well over an hour
and no nuke reload. What gives? Am I doing something wrong, or do you
only get one nuke?

Also, is there a version of ccedit available that'll work with v.1.19?

Thanks,

You only get one nuke when playing single player. Considering how destructive
it is, that's all you should need :) Ever heard of overkill?

I'm sorry , but in a one-player-game you only get ONE nuke in Nod's final
mission. With multiplayer you've got unlimited nukes with 20 min. reload
time.(around 20 min. i guess)

I don't use ccedit , so i don't know about that.
