First, make sure you have the patch 1.19.
Second, when it is ready, choose a target and click on it.

Use your nuke wisel;y, because you only get the one.

Build the Temple of NOD, then you will see a little nuke icon with a timer in 
it (kind of like an airstrike) When it is read it will say something like 
nuclear strike ready.  then select the nuke icon and then your target.  and 
watch the show it's a nice blast.

Just a tip, if you nuke somebodys construction yard, follow up with an 
airstrike, the nuke will not always destroy it..

Get the crates in mission 6, 10 & 12. You'll need patch 1.18 or 1.19
because with version 1.07 you don't get the nucleair missile if you get the
crates! In the last mission build the Temple of Nod.

When you're NOD, you don't have a nuclear missle, but a ion cannon.
once you have the temple you will slowly build up energy to fire it.
Once fired, it will automatically start re-charging.

   I though it was the other way around.  GDI has the Ion cannon and
Nod forces had the nuclear weapon.

I didn`t get either an ion cannon or a nuclear weapon when I played the
last NOD mission, which was a bitch!

Click on the Nuclear Strike icon on the sidebar. Idiot.

I think you need patch 1.19 since I had patch 1.18 and still no nuke - but as 
soon as I got patch 1.19 and restarted the mission - and built the temple - 
bam, nuke!!! but one isnt worth much!! so use it very wisely!!

I dont know yet - since Im not very far in the Gdi missions yet - but do you 
get more than one shot with the ion cannon??? if at all

Don't  cha just LOVE people who correct people but are still blatantly
WRONG.

GDI=Ion, Nod = Nuke (unless you've been playing w/ ccedit)

In multi, just build the Temple, and the Nuke will start building,
and the game will tell you when it's ready (to the effect of something like
"Nuclear Warhead Ready"). Then look in your production que for it
(it will be there before then, just building slowly). Select it, 
and then select your target.

In single-play, if you havn't patched your game, and missed a crate, you can't
get the nuke. It's a bug.
