I got to NOD mission 12 but the NUKE option wasn't working.  So I
downloaded the 1.18 patch and installed it but the nuke option still
doesn't work.

Could someone who got to this mission with the NUKE option working,
please post the save game data file from the very beginning of this
mission?  Thanks.
