Hello,

If you want to fix this, try to install it again. This time write
down the exact .dll, driver or any other error you get. Then send
them to me. You might just be missing a common .dll in windows. 
You might have had the file corrupted in the download.

You can try to use the patches for C&C without the program.
Download our dos file, it comes with instructions. It's only
about 3kb. This way you can play C&C with the changes until
we fix this for you. You would need to download the patches.

I would also need to know what your are using? Please answer the
following questions.

What is your operating system? win 3.x, win 95, or something else?
What is your prossecor speed?
How much ram do you have?
How much free space on your hard drive?
What games are you looking to use this with?
What version of c&c do you have?
