To be quite honest fokes, the address that he gave you would be a
valid address in merry ol' England.  A building that has been around
for a long time is sometimes referred exactly as he has said.

And of course, the Postal Code is slightly different then the zip, but
would probably be legit.

His tips may not be worth the money (depends if you wanna search for
them or find them all in one cozy little spot, is up to you), But the
address info is quite likely on the up-n-up.
