Bob, please name these mysterious programs that do not work in Win95 that
*used* to work in DOS. Please give me this *large* number of programs that
once were so great, but now reduced to rubbish by Windows 95. I am not
some snot-nosed punk using daddy's computer. I assembled my system piece
by piece and have installed each piece of software myself. I have been
using DOS since vers. 3.1 on my original 80088 system with CGA graphics.
Yes, some apps don't work right or at all in Windows, but almost all will
be fine from the DOS prompt if necessary. Well, 'cept for an occasional
Windows 3.1 app of course, but those I have encountered are cheesy
shareware programs that weren't even worth the download. Likely products
of your software designing efforts.

: Fact: A large number of programs which ALWAYS ran just fine under
: DOS and Windows 3.x do not run properly (or at all) under Win 95.
: Only you and Bill Gates could have the gall to claim that the problems

:
: Win 95 probably is pretty stable if your Daddy just bought you a system

: thousands invested in DOS and Win 3.x software I'd avoid it until Bill
