Do you have the FAQ by ROGER WONG ?  The FAQ is my bible.  135 pages of
data, tips and suggested strategies for C&C, Covert Ops, and Multiplay.  I

)quickly train an engineer to recapture the refinery (and quickly get the
harvester traveling back to your base)..once you recapture the refinery,
make sure the harvester gets the tiberium near you first...
2)attack the other engineers, repair your guard towers, defend your base
3)also get started another tank and guard tower...put the tower next to the
refinery to protect it...
4) you may wish to sell the comm center and one power plant to get the
infantry out (and $) to help defend the base
5)quickly build another refinery and then go for some Orcas to attack NOD
forces before they get to the base..
6) i found three guard towers and five tanks did good, better with Orcas as
backup
7)get a repair bay to keep your units healthy
8)slowly build up (the more refineries snaked towards the tiberium the
better....but be careful, the engineers capture the Northern most
building....
9)an advanced comm center gets you the Ion Cannon to help take out the SAM
sites...attack their harvester to reduce their $...but protect the Orcas
base since NOD will target the Orcas for destruction
