Can anyone help me with a problem I am currently experiencing on my 
computer.  

My system includes:
Processor:	Pentium-166
Ram:		 32Mb 
Video Card:	 2Mb Matrox Millenium 
OS:		Windows 95 (with Microsoft Plus)
HDD:		3Gb
CD-ROM:	8x
SoundCard:	SoundBlaster-32


I I am experiencing problems with the following software I have
installed:

Software:	Encarta 97
Problem:	program installs ok.  When starts up, it defaults to

		a reduced screen size.  It seems to work OK, until I

		either try to maximise the screen, or select from one
		of the options provided.  Then the program freezes up 
		and the screen goes blank.

		The program has been installed successfully on several

		other machines and operates without a hitch.

Software:	Dark Forces
Problem:	The program operates within Windows 95.  When exiting 
		the session/game, it freezes the computer, leaving a 
		black screen, requiring a cold-reboot.  The 		
		Ctrl-Alt-Del is disabled.

Software:	Command and Conquer
Problem:	Same as Dark Forces.

Software:	Armoured Fist
Problem:	Game running in a dos shell under Win95.  Runs ok, but
		freezes when the game is exited.  Win95 does not
		restart, and system requires a cold-reboot.

Software:	8-ball Deluxe
Problem:	Will not load under Win95
