You didn't look far enough... it's all right there.  You need to look up
the weapon damage in the appropriate section... e.g. [Cruiser]
Primary=8inch... so you look up the damage in the [8inch] section.

Don't forget to factor in nationality and difficulty setting, as both
affect the actual damage.
