The Allies ending mission was definitely more enjoyable considering that
you get to use Tonya Adams. The Soviets was just build tanks and even
more tanks...

Hmm...both were rather crap actually...but at least the soviets had a
better storyline leading up to the introduction of NOD. As for the
allies, I kinda expected that they might have at least captured Stalin
and put him to trial for war crimes.

Err...I believe I answered your first question already. But having more
impressive cut scenes at the end won't hurt, and I don't mean the filmed
variety.
