Ok first I would like to state that Red Alert is very poorly writen.
The game loads and runs so slow. Warcraft runs better overall, and
much better online and it was made how many years earlier?
What I mean is Westwood is just out to make a date and not a
quality program. Why does Blizzards battle net have over 7000 people
on it with no lag and Wchat has a shit load of lag with 400.
I tell ya programming and lack of good beta testing.
No points make this game good or a crappy expansion that includes things
that should ahve been in the origonal version. They just want
more money. I think the game its self is very poor and heavly biased toward
the russian side. Which makes multiplayer suck. I am not just
a bitcher, I have been up to 400 on cases ladder out of 4000 people so
i am good at the game, but am very dissapointed with some aspects of it.
I think DARK REIGN is going to blow every multiplayer strategy game off the
NET! Check out some of the info on it. All and all some companies like
Westwood just write crap (and put more time into the stupid movies and setup
than the actual game) ie serria and others. I don't plan to ever buy another
westwood product considering the few i have now all suck compared to the 10
other games i have. The question I ask is WHY WHY WHY?
