The C&C Ladder's scoring system has been changed to make the
whole process simpler. Only need to play ONE game to advance
up the ladder now. The points awarded is equal to the tech
level you play at(i.e. win a tech7 game, receive 7 points).
Open to both KALI and IHHD players, and you can challenge anyone
on the ladder no matter what their points standings is. The URL
