While describing the behavior of a multi-process kludge (C under CTOS no less)
to a friend I may have coined a new word. I thought this the appropriate forum
to check for prior usage; and if none exists establish a definition.
The initial context of use was:
"...process three is responsible for the interpretation of all
incoming data. Once the buffer space is released by process one,
three proceeds to ALGOWRITHE over it before handing it off to two."
I would posit that to truly ALGOWRITHE a process must perform algorithmic
contortions of a complex nature asynchronously. There would be some merit
to saying that implementing anything fairly complex in BASIC could produce
ALGOWRITHMIC (ugg!) behavior, but it degrades the usage :-) Perhaps the MACH
folks could put the word to good use.
