Cray cover story in Business Week

This week's issue of Business Week (dated April 30, 1990)
has a cover story on (the one, the only) Seymour Cray.
Pretty interesting... it mentions the "legends" of the
yacht-burning and the tunnel-digging and claims that both
are exaggerations of singular incidents in Seymour's life.
It also talks about the fact that he was a "nerd" in college
and admits that he has a "social problem".

The article is naturally gets most technical when discussing
CRI's annual revenues and stock prices, but overall I'd say
it's a must for those in this group.

How about these two: John von Neumann and Alfred E. Newman, of Mad
Magazine. If you don't believe it, find a copy of Neumann's
Collected Papers and check out the frontispiece portrait.

Well, as any longtime reader of comp.arch will verify, I've long asserted
that Seymour *is* god...
